Privacy Policy

Danger Circus LLC is a live entertainment company in Chicago, Illinois. We produce four shows: The Seance, FreakShow & Tell, Danger Circus, and Magic VS Science. Our websites are weplaywiththedead.com, freakshowtell.com, dangercircus.com, and magicvsscience.com.

What we collect

Your email address when you join our mailing list. Your phone number when you sign up for text messages. That is all we ask for. When you buy tickets, your name and payment details go to the ticket seller, not to us. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Emails and texts about our shows: on-sale announcements, presale windows, show reminders, and last seats. Nothing else.

Texts

If you give us your number or text one of our keywords (DEAD, FREAK, DANGER, VS) to 888-891-6118, you agree to automated marketing texts from Danger Circus LLC, up to 4 messages per month. Reply STOP to end, HELP for help. Joining is not a condition of buying a ticket. Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing. Two kinds of companies handle your information for us: Brevo, which sends our email and texts, and our ticket sellers, which process ticket orders.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Every text can be ended by replying STOP. To ask what we hold on you, or to have it deleted, contact us.
